Karen and Jason said they wanted some of the architectural elements of The Stevens Estate to be featured their wedding photos and I was more than happy to comply. The bridal suite alone was a visual playground with floor to ceiling arches and streaming sunlight. So great to have some extra time at the beginning of the day to capture some of these meaningful details – the watch was Karen’s great-grandmother’s, the red shoes were bright and fun (just like Karen) and even Karen and Jason’s wedding rings had a romantic story behind them. The Stevens Estate in North Andover, MA was the perfect location to create some beautiful environmental portraits like the one above of the bride and groom with their bridal party among the trees. It was a fun group with a lot of talent! The ceremony was outside and featured music performed by friends playing the guitar, the bagpipes and singing. “So say we all!” (Yes, I am a fan too!!!!) Then, during the wedding reception under the tent , Karen showcased her Scottish Country Dancing (I hope I got that right!) with her friends and family accompanied again by the bagpiper and an accordion player! Needless to say, I will have to post more images from this wedding soon so you all can see the fun that was had by all! Maybe I will give you all a peek at their wedding album? Stay tuned!!!
