On July 29, 2011, I photographed Scott and Josh’s beautiful and touching Provincetown wedding at the luxurious Brass Key Guesthouse.
Now, over 3 years later, I find out that their story is being featured in CNN’s soul mate stories in honor of Valentines Day! Click here to read their super romantic story on CNN!
CNN contacted me for permission to use a couple of Josh and Scott’s wedding images on their website. Soon after, I heard from Josh. He told me that Scott had submitted their story to CNN in hopes of being selected for their “Soul mate stories: How did you meet?” series CNN would be running the week leading up to Valentine’s Day 2015. You can read Scott’s original submission here. It turned out to be a happy and romantic surprise for them both – their story was selected!
It’s been great catching up with Scott and Josh. Since their wedding, they have moved to the West Coast and adopted a beautiful and lucky little boy. They’ve been busy with a new venture as well: Hayden’s List, a review website for the LGBT community and supporters.

We pride ourselves on giving everyone an opportunity to help serve the LGBT community by rating and reviewing businesses and service providers accordingly.”
Hayden’s List still needs more reviews in the Boston area! As Josh explained it: “Hayden’s List aims for at least 40 reviews before opening up a city/geographical area. This helps to ensure there is enough content for users. It also helps users get over the stigma of, “I don’t wanna be the first to write a review.” That being said, feel free to log on and review any business you know of anywhere. Of course it needs to be geared toward a LGBT experience.”
