BC Club, Boston Wedding – Ashley and Steve

And you thought their engagement portrait session rocked! Ashley and Steve are back on the blog!  And let’s face it, these two are just too cute for words. And yes, here she is again with another pair of spectacular shoes!!! But, this time, it’s their wedding day!  Their ceremony was at the beautiful St. Leonard’s Church in the North End. Then we stopped for pictures at Post Office Square on our way to their reception at the exclusive BC Club in Boston, MA.  This was one of those weddings where I was moved to tears behind my camera (more than once).  It’s easy to see from these images, not only how much these two love each other, but how much their family and friends love them too.  I was blown away by all of it: the couple, the friends, the family, the laughs, the toasts, the tears, the fun, the love, the dance moves!!!  Congratulations Ashley and Steve, so happy for you both!

Boston’s “Back Bay” Engagement – Colleen and Rob

Lindsey Buchleitner PhotographyLindsey Buchleitner PhotographyLindsey Buchleitner PhotographyLindsey Buchleitner Photography

Colleen and Rob are already married.  Yes…this engagement session was LAST October! This past year has proved to be the busiest yet for Lindsey Buchleitner Photography (and for Lindsey Buchleitner PERSONALLY with the arrival of a new baby)!  I coudn’t be happier with the work I’ve produced and the clients I’ve had the fortune to work with in 2012 and I can’t wait to share it all with you, here on my blog. So please keep checking back!  And thank you all so much for such a great year!

Colleen and Rob’s engagement session was classy, fun and oh, so Back Bay!  We started off at their new condo, then made our way down the Commonwealth Avenue Mall, part of  Boston’s famous and historical “Emerald Necklace,” to find a cool, brick backdrop near Newbury Street, adding more of that old Beantown charm to their set of images.  Colleen’s ring is absolutely stunning, but really, it’s her smile that could light up a room. And I love the way Rob looks at her (in real life and in these pictures), it’s just the sweetest thing.

Colleen and Rob’s wedding at The International Golf Cub – coming soon!

Bourne Farm, Cape Cod Family Portraits – First Birthday!

These two were pretty (and handsome) in pink last week at Bourne Farm in West Falmouth, MA – Cape Cod.  This is another one of those stories I love to be a part of: A couple of years ago, I photographed this little boy and now he’s a big brother!!! Such a privilege to be able to watch a family grow through the lens of my camera.  Happy first birthday little angel! Congrats to you and your whole family!!!

These pictures are absolutely beautiful ( but so are the children). It is so special to capture such precious times in life such as these, and to watch a beautiful family grow! Congrats.

I am the proud Aunt to these two gorgeous children and I just wanted to tell you what an amazing job you did! They are already beautiful, but you truly captured the happiness that they bring to all that they meet. Just stunning!

The Stevens Estate, North Andover Wedding – Karen and Jason

Karen and Jason said they wanted some of the architectural elements of The Stevens Estate to be featured their wedding photos and I was more than happy to comply.  The bridal suite alone was a visual playground with floor to ceiling arches and streaming sunlight.  So great to have some extra time at the beginning of the day to capture some of these meaningful details – the watch was Karen’s great-grandmother’s, the red shoes were bright and fun (just like Karen) and even Karen and Jason’s wedding rings had a romantic story behind them.  The Stevens Estate in North Andover, MA was the perfect location to create some beautiful environmental portraits like the one above of the bride and groom with their bridal party among the trees.  It was a fun group with a lot of talent! The ceremony was outside and featured music performed by friends playing the guitar, the bagpipes and singing. “So say we all!”  (Yes, I am a fan too!!!!) Then, during the wedding reception under the tent , Karen showcased her Scottish Country Dancing (I hope I got that right!) with her friends and family accompanied again by the bagpiper and an accordion player! Needless to say, I will have to post more images from this wedding soon so you all can see the fun that was had by all! Maybe I will give you all a peek at their wedding album? Stay tuned!!!
